On the ‘alerts’ tab in the settings of a list it is possible to configure alerts to be triggered only when a specific field(s) of an item is(are) updated instead of any field when an "AfterUpdate" event happens. To do that you need to click on the customize action in the parameters column and in an opened overlay specify what field should be monitored.
