MWA: add a ‘Forgot my password’ option like in web app

MWA users now have the ability to reset their password
Up until now people who should only use the MWA didn't have the ability tor reset forgotten password.
Now on MWA login screen added new link "Forgot your password ?"
by clicking on Forgot password link , a forgot password form opens:
where user can specify his email address. Afrer pressing "Reset Password" button email with
activation code will be send to user.
By clicking the link in email account activation page will be loaded where user can specify his new password:
If choosen password will sattisfy complexity requirements, by clicking on "Activate" link
user will be logged in and forwarded to MWA default screen.
