As configurator, you will be able to visualize the privileges for each state transition defined on a list per usergroup.

Goto usergroups > assigned workspaces > list configuration > access rights.
When state transitions for this list exists, a tab "state transitions" is available showing an overview of all state transitions with the flag if the the usergroup can execute it.
