Know parent item when opening an itempicker on the CNI and specifying the parent

The root item (parent item) is passed to the scriptcontext when opening an (multi) item picker on the CNI. The parent item is only set when creating a new child item.
The parent item is availbale in the scriptcontext via the given item, thus: Item.Parent.Id
