An option is added to the list settings to include the default or all users in the "email item" popup.
All persons, defined in person spefific dropdowns, on the item are added as recipient in the Email item popup.
For meetings, the attendees are also included.
The To-field contains the persons defined in: Assigned to, creator and originator.
When emailing from a meeting, attendees (excpet for informed attendees) are also added to the To-field.
All other users are added to the Cc-field.
