Now it's possible to specify UNC paths in installation and data home folders without any issues.
The data home folder now is being saved to the database correctly and no errors are shown when IIS > 8 is being used.
All Oracle functionality was removed from the installer and DBTool, along with all the Oracle migration scripts.
