Database statistics in now periodically updated every day by TES service.

A new configuration parameter was introduced to specify the time at which database statistics should be updated. Parameter name is "Update DB statistics time" and it is available on "Setup & Configuration -> Parameters -> Advanced"  page. 

Parameter format is "hh:mm". Default value is "01:00" which corresponds to 1 a.m. every day.
