We now store the content of each raised alert. We no longer need to recalculate the alert content when opening the list of pending alerts. We now always show the original text to the user.

The list of pending alerts now also includes raised alerts for which the user has no access to the related item. This is more correct.

In the history of an item, the alert message now contains the title of the item instead of the subject of the alert. This improves clarity.
