Show applicable hazards in permits

Showing applicable hazards where necessary
This feature introduces the standard view for in-line collections on the Control concept, the Work Order concept, and on the Permit concepts: controls and PPE will now be shown next to their associated (& marked as applicable) hazards on approved and issued permits.
Why?
Showing the related hazards on approved & issued permit items enhances overall safety communication for all involved parties – from work order owner to permit executor.
Specifications
- In order to show hazards on permits, the same was applied to the Risk Assessment tab, where applicable Hazards are marked for the Job being performed. Similarly, we added this link to the Control concept itself.
- Since Control can be linked to one or more Hazards, when adding a new control to the Controls section on a Work Order, the associated hazards will not be shown next to the newly added controls. The reason the other controls have hazards associated, but the new controls do not, lies with the automation tied to marking hazards as applicable in the process flow of a Work Order.
