On the mobile web app, the flow where the bug occurred was the following: open a list, open one of the items, add a childitem to one of its relations and go back to the original list. In some exceptional cases this list could get polluted with items from another list due to an erroneous transfer of relationships. This is now prevented by executing an extra control step in the process.
