Notice of data erasure

Dear Customer,

In line with our ongoing efforts to ensure the security and privacy of your users’ personal data, we regularly review our storage policies and the types of data we collect.

During our recent review, we determined that certain personal data currently stored in TenForce and collected via the “About yourself” tab on the user’s Profile page, including the home telephone number, pager number, and biography information, no longer fit the criteria of "adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed".

Therefore, in line with the data minimization principle expressed in Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR and Article 4(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, we have decided to erase this data from our installations.

The data erasure process will be executed automatically during the next software upgrade and will be completed in a manner that ensures the privacy and security of your users’ information. Therefore, we hereby urge you to upgrade to the latest version of TenForce to ensure compliance with the relevant data protection laws but also benefit from the latest product features.

We also advise you to inform your users about the erasure and give them sufficient time to back up this data* should they wish to do so. (Please note that this change will not affect their use of the system or their rights as a data subject.)

*All users can obtain a copy of their personal data via the “Download user profile” action button found at the bottom of their Profile page.
