Added application setting "Maximum query records" in Parameters -> Advanced that controls the maximum records returned by smartlist query. Default value is 1000000.
For versions 305 and 310 optional SQL update script Parameters61_SQL_MaxRecordsParam_SetNewLimit.xml should be applied.
