Observations for Audit Management

TenForce’ Audit Management starter pack already offered a way to report findings via audit checklists. This new feature introduces a new concept called “Observations”, which auditor can use to log remarks and findings that are not part of the audit checklist. Observations have their own flow and can be tackled independently from the ongoing Audit.

Introduces:

• A new concept labelled “Observations”.
• A new tab on Audits labelled “Observations”.
• A new flow to support Observations as reports:
• New statuses:
• Observations Created
• Observation Verification
• Observation Cancelled
• Observation Closed
• New user groups:
• Observers (who can report observations)
• Observation Verifiers (who are able to verify Observations)
• New predefined collections and shortcuts:
• Collection: “Observations assigned to me”
• Shortcut: “Observations assigned to me”
• Observations can be created and linked to an ongoing Audit
• Observations can be created ad-hoc, unrelated to other activities.
