LMRA: Invalidate outdated permits

Uncategorized

Last Minute Risk Assessments (LMRAs) now invalidate permits when a new hazard has been reported. The new hazard can be marked as either applicable or not by the work order responsible. Marking it as applicable will generate a new permit based on the full list of hazards and controls, while at the same time invalidating the prior permit which lacks the hazard control that was initially alerted for. A new LMRA is then generated and assigned to the work order executor.

LMRAs now include the standard question: “Do I have the valid permits to perform this job?”.
