Tab Protection logic and presentation changed
When clicking the “Protect this tab” button the “Protect Tab overlay” is shown that allows the user to view and change the current protection settings for the selected tab.

First time you click on ‘Protect this tab’, the tab will be available for all usergroups.
User has 2 options: set Tab available for all Usergroups or 
select Usergroups from the combobox for which this tab will be visible.
